Take the next step of your career as Payroll Manager for an international company !Our partner, a leading international company, renowned for its excellence and innovation in its field, is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join their dynamic team in Zaventem.As Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all payroll operations and supervising a dedicated team. You will play a key role in optimizing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with current regulations.· Supervise and coordinate all payroll activities for the entire workforce· Manage and develop a team of payroll professionals· Ensure compliance with local and international payroll laws and regulations· Implement and optimize payroll processes and systems· Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Accounting teams· Manage relationships with tax authorities and social security organizations· Produce reports and analyses for management· Minimum 8 years of experience in payroll management, including at least 2 years in a managerial role· Excellent knowledge of payroll laws and regulations, including social security legislation
