We are seeking a skilled and motivated PMO to join our team in Italy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various project activities, including budget management, local payroll process analysis, deck preparation, and metrics tracking. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Budget Management: Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring all financial aspects are aligned with project goals and objectives.
• Local Payroll Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of local payroll processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Deck Preparation: Prepare comprehensive decks and presentations for project updates, stakeholder meetings, and executive reviews.
• Metrics Tracking: Develop and maintain metrics to track project performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years’ experience in project/program management, in HR/Payroll area
• Strong understanding of budget management and experience with local payroll processes and regulations in Italy
• Excellent presentation and deck preparation skills
• Ability to develop and track project metrics effectively and project management tools/software
• Degree and Proficiency in English both in speaking and writing
