  • Support on monthly payroll process: input upload, drafts check, payment and on and off boarding processes.
  • Create, and maintain employee master data in T&A tool such as calendars, reporting line and anomalies follow up with both Line Managers and Employees
  • Ad-hoc reports elaboration for both internal and HR Country Services use.
  • Local benefits (Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Pension Plan, Canteen) management with relevant stakeholders.
  • General support during ICP implementation process and, after go-live, support during stabilisation phase. Payroll checks, reports elaboration, follow up on detected issues, etc.
  • Manage employee’s requests through ticketing tool.

We believe you have

  • Active university student status in Human Resources, Labor Relations or similar fields
  • Fluent English and Spanish
  • Good level of Excel knowledge
