The Global Business Services organization within the Global P&C Community delivers end-to-end people and culture operations to all SAP locations worldwide from two shared services centers in Prague and Manila.
The Global P&C Payroll Community delivers payroll services to world-class standards of efficiency, timeliness, accuracy, sustainability, and compliance, while serving as a global showcase for SAP.
What you’ll build
As a Payroll Consultant in this paid role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of in-house Czech payroll for a designated population. You will also support payroll-related projects and contribute to continuous process improvements.
-Independently perform end-to-end payroll activities
-Ensure mandatory reporting to internal and external stakeholders
-Handle and escalate non-standard payroll cases
-Support internal and external audits
-Cooperate with third parties and external authorities (e.g. Social Security, Health Insurance Companies)
-Support project activities as a Payroll Subject Matter Expert
What you bring
-Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Czech payroll in a service-oriented environment
-Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
-Ability to work effectively with virtual, international teams
-Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
-Fluent Czech and upper-intermediate English
-Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
-Good knowledge of relevant payroll and labor legislation
-University degree is an advantage
-Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
