At Factorial we’re looking for a new Payroll Consultant to join our Product Services & Partner DACH Teams and help us boost the company to the next level.Ready to be part of the challenge? 🚀Payroll is a key and core feature and we want to forge a team of experts, so we can engage and deliver the best and most consultative experience to our current and potential customers.As a Payroll Consultant, you will manage and optimize payroll processes for our customers, analyze current payroll systems, identify inefficiencies, and integrate them seamlessly into Factorial. This role requires good knowledge of payroll, excellent attention to detail, and involves training customer staff on best practices within the Factorial platform.One of your greatest challenges will be to make sure our product can be fully adapted to the client’s needs. This requires you to perfectly understand their processes and problems and detect possible improvements and opportunities in the product.The role 📜

• Onboard our new DACH customers by assisting them via video call and e-mail until Factorial and its payroll integrations are fully implemented in their organization.
• Lead seamless integration of payroll features tailored to clients’ requirements.
• Bring a consultative approach to customers to ensure a fully customized experience setting up their accounts.
• Deliver comprehensive training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use.
• Use data analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Share improvement points with other teams within Factorial to help creating the best customer journey and unlocking the market.
• Collaborate with different teams such as Payroll, Strategy & Partnerships, Product, Marketing & Sales.

Your Profile 🧐

• Good understanding of the Payroll process in Germany is a must.
• Previous knowledge of Payroll softwares such as DATEV is a plus.
• All experience levels welcome, from entry to senior.
• German expert speaker and professional English.

• Proactivity: you will need to find the best way to ensure your accounts are fully activated, clients have the best experience implementing Factorial and that your gathered knowledge are shared within Factorial.
• Fast Learner: you can quickly become an expert on the software and it’s easy for you to keep up-to-date with product updates, as well as our integration progress.
• Problem-solving mindset: the ability to propose alternative solutions and workarounds to unexpected situations.
• Good sense of analysis: while onboarding our clients, you will have to understand the specificities of the market and translate this knowledge into information that can be used by the Product team to further improve our solution.
