Position SummaryAre you a highly skilled specialist in payroll accounting field? Are you looking for an opportunity to work in a team where everyone supports the operational work? Join us and become Manager in our Accounting/Reimbursement team in Denmark.Zalaris is a leading European provider of comprehensive HR and Payroll services, delivered through innovative Cloud-based solutions.Your Responsibilities

• Perform financial tasks, incl. control payment, resolving discrepancies, tax reconciliation, balance reconciliation and Vacation reconciliation, etc.
• Process bank payments and follow up on all bank transactions.
• Handle tax correction.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements, related to payroll.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, rules, regulations, and systems of internal controls.
• Aid in the change or new legal requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to processes.
• Assist with and act as the primary point-of-contact for auditor requests.
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
• Ensure Zalaris’ processes across borders.
• Manage a team with approx. 10 employees working with accounting, reimbursement and payroll.

Eduction and expectations

• 5-7 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Have some knowledge in payroll, tax reconciliation.
• Experience with SAP FICO accounting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization.
• Demonstrate (intermediate to) advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and highly detail-oriented
• Accuracy, attention to deadlines and numeracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Professional working proficiency in Danish and English language
