Cognizant’s Banking & Financial Services (BFS) Consulting team is seeking talented consultants with business analysis and digital change delivery experience to work with our ecosystem of clients, alliances, start-ups, and design agencies to deliver the next generation of banking products and experiences. This role provides an opportunity to join a rapidly growing, high energy and entrepreneurial team,

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience of Business Analysis / project manager roles in in the French Banking & Financial Industries, specifically within Payments domain
• Working with Agile methodology
• Working in a global delivery environment and with distributed teams
• Management and execution of testing
• Change management and user support
• Corrective and evolutive maintenance

Personal Attributes:

• Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues as well as on your own. A team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues across different disciplines, geographies, cultures, and skill sets
• Creative thinker, able to quickly analyse problems and identify appropriate solutions
• Open-minded and pragmatic, with ability to guide teams to build customized tools/ templates for the engagements

Please note: Role will initially be a 12-month fixed term contract
