We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.At this role you will have possibility to work remotely or hybrid from the office in Katowice.Discover the roleTMF provides a range of services for multinational companies to assist them in: a) running a local business, b) preparing to enter a new market or c) operating across many borders. These services include Global Entity Management, Accounting & Tax, and HR & Payroll. In addition to this, TMF Group is a recognized global player in the administration of Capital Markets transactions and PERE investments, providing a complete range of fund and business services.TMF is undergoing a transformation of how we deliver services to our clients. As part of this transformation, we are establishing Regional Delivery Centers, where we are delivering various end to end services. As part of global initiative, we are opening Payment HUB in RDC Katowice, and we are recruiting a team of payment specialists to centralize payment processing for our EMEA clients.The primary purpose of the role is to establish and drive efficiencies in the execution of payments within the Accounting & Tax practice. This role will be responsible for payment execution on behalf of TMF Clients in EMEA relevant countries.Payment Associate will play very important role in building Centralized Payment HUB and will be responsible for its day to day payment processing for relevant countries. Payment Associates will also support all payment process migrations from local offices to RDC.Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for preparation and execution of payments on behalf of TMF clients
  • Manage day to day payment related questions for TMF clients
  • Act as main point of contact for various stakeholders regarding various questions and queries related to Payment HUB
  • Work closely with external and internal stakeholders to provide advice and guidance as required
  • Assist with resolution of issues to ensure timely payment execution in accordance and compliance with TMF policy
  • Contribute to and lead automation, standardization and improvements and drive these activities within the Team and with the Local Offices
  • Comply with accounting standards, policies and procedures
  • Perform other required duties as assigned

Key Requirements

  • University degree preferably in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Payments and Procure to Pay process
  • Good level of English (written and verbal communications skills)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Work collaboratively with others and comfortable working with diverse culture and geographies; Comfortable in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Treasury experience will be an advantage
  • Working with banks will be a plus
  • Prior experience in a multi-country, multiple legal entity preferably in an BPO/Centralized delivery environment
