The Patient Service Representative (PSR) serves as the welcoming face of our primary care office, creating a positive first impression for patients and visitors. This role is essential in delivering a seamless and compassionate experience by efficiently managing front desk operations, coordinating patient workflows, and ensuring every interaction reflects Mercy’s commitment to exceptional care.

Mercy Clinic Primary Care – Southfork
Location: 12700 Southfork Rd. Saint Louis, MO 63128
Schedule: Full Time vacanciesineu.com 40 hours/week vacanciesineu.com Monday to Friday
Qualifications
Education: Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of one year customer service or receptionist experience.
Other skills & knowledge: Computer skills required.
