This includes building and maintaining positive relationships with patient associations, ensure Novo Nordisk positioning and reputation among this health stakeholders, also support patient associations to its legitimate right to have better health where NN is present though medical innovation.You will:Shape and execute the patient advocacy strategy in Spain that is aligned with Novo Nordisk’s mission and objectives.Build and maintain strong and valuable long-term relationships with National, Regional & Local Patient Associations, patient advocacy groups & organizations, and key stakeholders.Contribute to the collection of insights of patients, families, and patient advocacy groups to drive and shape innovated patient support & education programs, research strategies and Novo Nordisk decision making.Partner closely within the MAPA Team and with others internal teams (Medical Affairs, Marketing, Communication, Regulatory, Legal and Compliance) to ensure patient-centricity is incorporated into all initiatives.Develop and implement different projects ensuring a proper execution, including budgeting, contracts management and other administrative tasks.QualificationsMin. bachelor degree, preferably in health sciences, policy, law, sociology or relatedMinimum 2 years of experience in Public Affairs gained from the pharmaceutical industry, consultancy company or Health Care institutions.Ideally experience in Patient Advocacy (relationship with patient organizations and developing projects related to patients)Experience and knowledge in the Spanish healthcare landscape is mandatory.Fluent English and SpanishAs a person, you have good Interpersonal communication skills, are adaptable and flexible and are able to manoeuvre a good Time Management and Prioritization.About The DepartmentUnder this role, you will be part of the Novo Nordisk Spain MAPA (Market Access & Public Affairs) unit. MAPA team engages diverse stakeholders across political and healthcare landscapes to forge sustainable solutions that drive patient access to innovative products. We have different departments within MAPA unit that work in close collaboration: Market Access Strategy, Market Access Field, Government Affairs, Corporate Communication, Value-Based Healthcare and Patient Advocacy.
