Make your mark for patients

We are looking for a Patient Access and External Engagement Head Assistant able to work in a highly dynamic environment to join us in our Patient Access Team.

Temporary contract – Maternity leave

 

About the role

Support to Patient Access and External Engagement team (APEX) in managing daily activities (agenda, correspondence, meetings and related reporting, travel, etc.) as well as administrative and communication activities.

Management of the administrative part related to contracts with thirds parties (Patient Associations,…).

What will you do

-Schedule and organize meeting sessions, conference calls, efficiently interact with all corporate functions
-Administration: contractual, from supplier encoding to monitoring the payment of invoice issued
-Management and contact to create purchase orders for the Patient Access and External Engagement department
-Budget: monthly/bimonthly monitoring and catch up with area Head and Finance Department
-Organization, contact and participation of meetings with the main stakeholders for the APEX team.
-Agendas monitoring for internal and third parties’ cyclical meetings
-Provide all documentation required to obtain authorization from the Ethic & Compliance department to start all activities (advisory board, sponsorship, donation…) and management the activities (invitation letters, purchase orders, archiving mandatory documentation for Audit/Farmindustria)
  

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

-Bachelor’s degree required, equivalent experience in lieu of a degree may be considered in certain cases
-3-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant supporting a minimum of 5 employees preferably in the pharmaceutical or other health-care related industry
-Experience with international colleagues, coordination, and travel
-Familiarity with pharmaceutical business, medical terminology and financial/business terminology a plus
-Ability to handle confidential information
-Experience with reviewing contracts a plus
-Fluent in English
-High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
