We are looking for a passionate People & Organizational Development Business Partner to take charge of all people and organizational development functions. This individual will start as a generalist, helping to shape and build the organization from the ground up. With a hands-on approach and a passion for digital transformation and AI, the right candidate will help create and drive internal policies, develop talent, and design a people strategy aligned with the company’s growth trajectory. As the company expands, this individual will have the opportunity to evolve into the Head of People & Organization (or Chief People Officer [CPO]) and lead a full-scale P&OD team, eventually across multiple geographiesYour tasks
Develop, implement, and oversee P&OD policies and strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals. Drive the creation of a culture that fosters innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. * Organizational Development:Work on building the company’s structure, talent pipelines, and performance frameworks. Define clear organizational design principles and ensure alignment with business goals. * Employee Relations & Engagement:Develop initiatives to foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on all employee-related matters. * Employee Experience & Culture Building:Drive initiatives that build and maintain a positive, inclusive, and innovative company culture. Lead employee engagement surveys and act on feedback to improve the work environment. * Talent Acquisition & Management:Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent globally. Build talent development programs, including training, career development, and performance management systems. * Leadership Development & Succession Planning:Identify high-potential employees and future leaders within the organization. Create leadership development programs to ensure a robust succession pipeline. * Compensation & Benefits:Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages. Ensure fairness, equity, and transparency in remuneration and incentives. * Digital P&OD Transformation & AI Integration:Utilize digital tools and AI-driven solutions to streamline P&OD processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, and performance management. Constantly seek out innovative ways to enhance the employee experience using technology. * Growth & Scalability:As the company scales, build and lead a diverse, international P&OD team. Establish P&OD infrastructure that supports organizational growth, scalability, and global operations.You have
A must-have with at least 5 years of experience in preferably international P&OD roles, preferably within fast-growing, dynamic industries. * Generalist Expertise:Solid experience across all aspects of P&OD, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and compliance. * Tech-Savvy with Digital & AI Affinity:Enthusiastic about leveraging technology to improve P&OD processes. Experience with digital P&OD tools desirable, AI-driven recruitment platforms, and data analytics for people management. * Entrepreneurial Mindset:Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and willingness to build the P&OD function from the ground up. Capable of working independently while maintaining a strategic vision for organizational growth. * Business Acumen:Strong understanding of how people and organizational development contribute to business success. Ability to align P&OD strategies with broader business goals. * Communication & Leadership Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
