Only a great environment for you to achieve your best workYour missionDrive partnerships with Local corporates, relocation agencies, universities and other third parties in order to drive tenants acquisition, through strategic conversations at all levels within these organisationsCollaborate with the Global Partnership teams to source and facilitate global transactions with organisations based in your marketProspect potential clients and conduct rigorous follow-ups to close dealsMaintain the relationship with your partners to maximise engagement with the Spotahome platformEnsure consistency of the local Partnership planning with the global Partnerships strategy and execute at the local level. Provide consistent and accurate forward-looking analysis to the Global Partnerships TeamWork closely with the Local Operations team to ensure excellent execution of the booking requests of your customersBuild your own leads pipeline and conduct needs analysis to uncover new opportunitiesProbe for objections, remove obstacles and eliminate barriers to gain commitmentWork with customers (new and prospective) to pilot new feature roll outsParticipate in periodic team reviews and updates on business progress, best practice sharingProduce local report and send it to the Global Partnerships TeamSupervision Partners Complaint and transform it into an opportunity of growthSupervision the Partnerships bookings request with Booking OperationBoost the Local Student Ambassador Program with Local Marketing

Your profileItalian speaking personFluent English level, written and spoken; another European language is a plusExceptionally good relationship building skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen, from negotiation to execution1 year previous experience in Partnership teamExperience in sourcing, negotiating and driving contracts to closureSincere, meticulous, adaptable, and dedicated team-player who gets energy from building businessesYou’re a self-starter and take initiative to seize opportunities: the Spotahome team is evolving every day and requires highly motivated independent individuals * Demonstrated ability to prioritise sales activities and follow through in a timely fashionAbout usis an international online marketplace which offers verified rental accommodation across 100 European cities in 27 countries and with a global ambition.
