About the role

Here at Siemens Digital Industries Software, we are looking for a Sales Executive (PSE) to join our growing team in Belgium and Luxemburg. As part of our Partner Sales team, you will aid and facilitate the successful growth of revenue in the assigned markets by developing new opportunities, growing existing customers and working closely together with our partner community in the territory.

Are you the commercially oriented Sales professional who can combine business development with strategic channels to deliver revenue for both parties?

Have a look at how your role will look like

  • Generate new business by creatively landing new logos and expanding business in existing accounts through cross-selling.

  • Bring Siemens’ holistic vision to C-level stakeholders and introduce the best partner for further execution.

  • Work closely with our partners, including reseller and system integrators, to generate pipeline & meet and exceed quota expectations.

  • Collaborate with channel partners to understand their business, creatively adapt programs to drive new revenue, and expand business partner relationships.

  • Coach and challenge the partner sales teams in their opportunities and actively join them in challenging pursuits.

  • Close jointly partner sourced and partner driven opportunities.

  • Leverage the strengths of the partner to create a differentiated value proposition in the enterprise market.

  • Deliver an accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly partner sales forecast

  • Be a team player and bring in the support of Siemens’ Presales and Portfolio Managers where needed to win channel deals.

  • Consistently communicate and brainstorm with the extended team around all aspects of account and opportunity development

You’re the innovator we need if you have.

  • Proactive hunter sales profile and eager to close new business and challenge partners in driving sales in existing and new accounts.

  • Experienced in software sales with a proven track-record of consistently exceeding annual quota & performance targets.

  • Proven success in building qualified pipeline and identifying new opportunities.

  • Demonstrated ability to transfer sales knowledge and coach partners.

  • Proven ability to handle complex sales cycles including the ability to provide coordination and direction to your extended team, stay focused on the bigger picture and make prompt decisions towards dealmaking.

  • Ability to adapt and navigate through a changing environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while consistently acting in the best interest of the company, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.

  • You are a fluent communicator in Flemish and English (both at full professional level), fluency in French is a plus.

  • Ability to travel to meet customers and partners as required.

Nice if you have

  • Experience of selling software within industrial manufacturing sector (e.g. Automotive, Defense, Aerospace, Semiconductor industry) is considered a plus (solutions such as PLM, MOM, CAD, CAE, IoT, Digital Twin).
