Mendix is growing fast and are expanding the Revenue Operations Team globally. We are looking for a Partner Operations Manager.

In this role you need to have the “bigger” business picture in mind. You are dedicated in providing insights and guiding the sales team to improve business process, pipeline management, channel alignment and overall organization. You are a true go-getter. Someone who will question what you are told and provide suggestions to improve the business, with the end goal to help and drive sales and growth within the company!

You will drive our Partner Operations by:

  • Collaborating cross-functionally, contributing to the sales organization to increase impact

  • Driving improvement of business processes, using the SFDC platform to drive growth and scale

  • Aligning and optimize processes between Mendix and Siemens to drive “ease of doing business”

  • Identifying, planning and implementing specific (strategic) Projects to optimize Channel processes and specific Programs to optimize Channel organization

  • Communicating between the multiple organizations for efficient teamwork and understanding

  • Working cross-functional (Channel, Sales, IT, Finance) to encourage organisational change and improvements.

  • Collaborating successfully across back-office teams (e.g., OrderDesk, Backoffice, Legal, Finance) to ensure frontline challenges are handled efficiently and can be completed with simplicity

  • Guiding Organisational Change and Enablement (especially from systems and process perspective)

You’re the right person for this position if you have:

  • 5+ yrs experience in Sales Operations or Sales Analyst, preferably at a high-tech or Saas / Paas company

  • Meaningful experience in Channel Operations in a software company with a successful track record of working at all levels of management and sales teams

  • Strong project management skills. You have the ability to prioritize multiple objectives and projects

  • Detailed understanding of Sales processes and systems (sales cycles; account, territory, opportunity, pipeline management, Deal velocity)

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment and ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner

  • Experience working with Business Intelligence tools and with

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, you can articulate sophisticated ideas and strategies in English. Other languages are a plus.
