NMI is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to join our agile and innovative marketing team. Serve as the lead in building partner engagement and relationship through promoting partner marketing programs and executing high touch marketing campaigns, incentive programs, events and webinars. Spearhead all field partner marketing – logistics, coordination, and messaging with partners.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan and execute marketing programs to drive pipeline growth and partner loyalty. Integrated marketing programs may include: webinars, social media, direct mail campaigns, partner events.

  • Manage partner market development funds (MDF), including tracking partner MDF activity, collaborate with finance on invoice and budgeting for each partner for the year.

  • Remain knowledgeable of internal company marketing initiatives, especially major announcements, and content creation so you can add value to partner marketing campaigns you plan by suggesting usage or creation of materials to help performance.

  • Manage partner relationship, program budgets and ad hoc projects.

  • Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders to help recruit, get on exec calendars, get questions answered, keep all informed, etc.

  • Analyze the success of each program, measuring program successes and proposing improvements.

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, partner business development to execute field marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • 5 + years of experience managing and planning field and virtual events

  • 3+ year of FinTech and/or SaaS experience preferred

  • BA/BS in communications, marketing or similar

  • Ability to project manage with strong attention to detail, logistically and operationally

  • 2 + years of experience managing partner relationships

  • Streamline communications with vendors, sales team and executives, keeping all informed of what’s to come and what we’re planning

  • Project management tool and event planning software usage a plus

  • Experience handling/staying within budgets, reporting and email marketing software

  • Travel: Up to 25%
