Apply now and join us as a Partner Integrator and contribute to the development of our connected devices and delivery solutions.The PositionAs a Partner Integrator, you will be the key driver to ensure successful integration of our integrated treatment solutions with focus on our external digital health partners. You will be the link between internal and external stakeholders and providing clear guidance to various issues related to system integration. In your daily work, you will interface with cross-functional teams, experts from across disciplines and external digital health partners. There is no dearth of challenges, and the job will offer lots of learning opportunities.Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the technical system integration activities of Novo Nordisk connected delivery solutions with global partners and local developers across the globe.
  • Providing technical support for partner integration across Novo Nordisk (e.g., Digital Health IT, Digital Health Commercial, etc.).
  • Supporting the development of standard ways of working to ensure proper integration with partners across solutions.
  • Proactively participating in the development projects of delivery solutions to incorporate partnership requirements.
  • Ensuring alignment of all internal and external stakeholders on the current state and future updates to the system.

QualificationsTo be successful in this role, we expect that you should have:

  • A degree in Engineering, IT, or related subjects with experience in Project management, system integration, or product ownership of connected devices.
  • A good understanding of connected devices (e.g., embedded SW, Mobile Apps, Cloud) and underlying technologies (BLE, NFC, etc.).
  • It would be considered an advantage if you also have experience with connected medical devices or medical devices with embedded software, along with a basic understanding of IEC 62304.
  • Can-do attitude and focus on opportunities rather than limitations and ability to navigate in a big and complex organization.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Full proficiency in English.

You are energetic, and you are comfortable with taking initiative with a ‘can do’ mind-set, as well as facilitating stakeholders. You communicate fluently in English both written and orally and like to document your work.About the department
Devices & Delivery Solutions is an area within Novo Nordisk’s global R&D organisation. We develop medical devices for self-treatment, supporting all business areas of Novo Nordisk A/S. Devices & Delivery Solutions is located in Hillerød, in the greater Copenhagen area, and we have a long and outstanding track record of developing the best, most innovative, and widely used insulin devices in the world.We are expanding our portfolio of connected medical device projects that require innovative and reliable connected delivery solutions and thus, great effort is put into partnering with global and local development partners.
