We are looking for an experienced and motivated Spanish-speaking sales agent to join our partner agency’s team in Nepal. You will manage travelers’ requests via the Evaneos platform and you will be the main contact for travelers in the Spanish market. With its network of over 1000 partner local travel agencies in more than 160 destinations, Evaneos participates in the recruitment of sales agents for its partner agencies. Your main missions will be:🕵️ Advising customers to offer them a tailor-made trip that meets their expectationsGetting in touch with travelers through the Evaneos platformUnderstanding travelers’ expectations and specific needsProviding travelers with guidance regarding destinations, cultures, traditions, and activities🧳 Managing all the practical aspects of the tripMatching travelers’ requirements with transportation, accommodation, insurance, tours, and activities according to their budgetHandling booking management for hotels and activitiesBilling the travelers🌟 Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the tripBeing the local point of contact for travelers throughout their tripPerforming quality monitoring during the tripHandling travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refundsAdditional information📅 Duration & contract type: freelance contract📌 Precise location: the agency is based in Kathmandu in Nepal but you can work from anywhere you want🤝 Availability (Starting dates): as soon as possible💲 Salary: 6 to 8% commission on total sales valueAdvantages : the agency will organize a FAM trip to Nepal to train you on the destinationProfil recherché✅ Core skillsYou are native in Spanish and proficient in EnglishYou have 2+ years of experience in tourism and previous sales experienceYou know well Nepal, its culture, traditions and points of interestYou have excellent interpersonal skills and you are customer-oriented💥 Bonus skillsYou are not afraid of the unexpected and adaptableYou enjoy problem-solvingOrganization and time management have no secrets for youYou don’t have all the skills listed?
