Salary: (Level 1-2 TA) £9,963 – £10,646 (Actual Salary per year – based on 19.25 hours) Job type: Part Time, Permanent

Apply by: 30 August 2024Teaching Personnel have an exciting opportunity to work with an amazing primary school based in Cambridge. The school are looking for a part time Teaching Assistant. You will be part of a very friendly team working in our wonderful classrooms supporting the children’s learning either on a whole class, small group or one-to-one basis. This will be a varied, fun and fulfilling role where you will be making a difference to the children’s learning and you will see their progress every day. An element of your duties will also include preparation of fantastic teaching resources/class displays and will also include midday supervision during the children’s lunchbreak.The opportunity:

The ideal candidate:

• Will have achieved GCSE English & Mathematics Grade C (4/5) or above or equivalent
• Has some experience of supporting children in Key Stages One/Two.
• Will possess outstanding communication skills and can work well in a team
• Demonstrates an understanding of child protection and safeguarding issues
