Part Time Teaching AssistantLocation: Liverpool and surrounding areasSalary: £12.90 – £13Start Date: ImmediatelyTeaching Personnel are currently recruiting for full and part time candidates with an interest in supporting children with their learning and development.Experience is not required, however a passion for working with children and an encouraging approach is necessary.We expect our Teaching Assistants to attend our schools and provisions in a professional manner and to give a great service to the students and the school, providing the support that is required which can change from school to school.Job Role

• Full and part time positions available
• Permanent and Temporary contracts
• Assisting teachers in delivering their lessons, classroom managment and behavioral management.
• Supporting students with their learning in a 1:1 or group setting
• Behaviour management in the classroom and school surrounds
• Meet expectations in relation to support with students and teachers

Person Specification

• A passion to support a child with complex SEN needs
• Are looking to gain classroom experience
• You have a calm and professional approach
• You would enjoy working with pupils 1:1 or in a small group
• You have a passion to support a child with complex SEN needs
• Accomodating to school diffrences and the changes in teaching from school to school
