Part Time Office Administrator Job Detail

Park Gate, Fareham

Permanent

Our client is keen to find a new team member due to growth and progression with the business. Working as part of an office team of 8 you will be point of contact for the business and support with the wider administration for the management and project managers.

Duties

  • Answering calls in to the business in a professional manner, direct as necessary or take messages
  • Booking in appointments and diary handling for team
  • Creating invoices for customers
  • Sending out completed technical information to clients and companies as well as other information as directed.
  • Filing
  • General Office Administration
  • Completing new client paperwork and sending out agreed terms and conditions etc
  • Updating Spreadsheets
  • Dealing with the post
  • Knowledge of Xero would be advantageous but not essential

Experience

  • Excellent computer skills including confidence using Excel and learning inhouse systems
  • Confident communicator – via telephone and written means to people at all levels
  • Team player – can be relied upon to help others and coordinate in their absence

Hours

9.30-2.30pm Monday to Friday (25 hours)

Salary

£11.54 per hour (£15,000 per annum)
