Reporting, preparing input for further analysis by IT Ops Lead (bi-monthly meetings with Customer, weekly reporting for BMG/BCI/DC);
Support in implementing improvements/closing the gaps identified by IT Ops Lead Other tasks which do not require decision making (closing gaps with ITSD, input for questionnaire review etc.);
Preparing some Docupedia input (instructions etc.);
JIRA Administration;
Preparing communication materials for internal/external purpose;
Organized meetings, gathering updates & statuses;

QualificationsOur requirements:

Being 2-3 year Student of computer science or a related field
Availability to work min. 20 hours per week
Good knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint

Good analytical skills
Being responsible, goal oriented,
Proactiveness in knowledge sharing, open to suggestions and perspectives
Good communication skills both in Polish and English
