As part of our dynamic and international team at Ferrero, you will support us in designing and implementing the Food Safety & Quality Packaging Global Governance. This involves improving, simplifying, updating, and writing the Ferrero Packaging Documentation.Main Responsibilities:You will support and verify the acceptance process by suppliers of quality documentation related to packaging supply, audit reports, supplier performance, and CAPA implementation. Additionally, you will help design, improve, and simplify the Ferrero IT systems within the Food Safety & Quality Packaging scope to enhance governance and data collection.
Your role will also involve designing, improving, and simplifying both external and internal KPIs, as well as maintaining and improving the incoming minimum sampling plan across all Ferrero industrial sites. You will maintain the global packaging supplier list for Ferrero industrial entities integrated into the SAP system, ensuring the qualitative authorization to purchase packaging materials. For entities not fully integrated into SAP, you will manage the packaging supplier list with actions outside the system.
You will archive, extract, and analyze data from IT systems or files, generating reports and dashboards. As the function interface for external and internal audits to the Ferrero Group, you will also handle function trainings, global alignment, and support on governance, IT tools, and KPIs. You will be the contact reference for IT and other business functions within these activities.
Managing IT tools related to the Food Safety & Quality Packaging Department activities, such as SAP, Service Now, Devex, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office, will be part of your responsibilities. You will work with Group IT and Local IT in SAP QM and other IT systems related to Food Safety Packaging Quality projects. Additionally, you will provide internal support on Food Packaging Risk Assessment definition, analysis, and continuous improvement.

Who we are looking for:You will bring your master’s degree in scientific studies, such as Material Science, Chemistry Engineering or Food Science and Technology. Together with your experience in in similar positions, such as Food Safety and Quality.
Your open communication attitude, organizational integration, and networking abilities will be a great asset for us, together with your strong analytical skills, your fluency in both Italian and English and your advanced skills in MS-Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Your knowledge of the SAP Platform, Service Now, and/or Devex is considered a plus.
