Your Opportunity:

As Collection Merchandising Associate Manager, working together with the Senior Manager of Collection Merchandising, you will cooperate in the achievement of the Outlet channel growth goals and profit margins.

You will contribute and implement relevant product strategies to develop outlet collections in line with the overall product strategy, brand image, fashion vision, quality standards and worldwide market needs.

Your Contribution:

• Assist in the implementation of the Global overall strategy;
• Development of the categories assigned in line with objectives defined by the main Stakeholders;
• Interprets market needs / trends and contributes to the identification of the various customer targets;
• Develops the Merchandising Grid and Briefing, which define the offer structure of each collection in terms of breadth, depth and the positioning of each relevant product;
• Participate in the development of collections, to find the optimal balance between design vision and commercial goals, taking into consideration regional consumer peculiarities and local sale needs;
• Post sales campaign reporting: sell in comments;
• Prepare training and support information for retail representative and sales force;
• Prepare Reports, Presentations on a weekly and monthly basis;
• Analyze Competition and highlight potential missed opportunities;
• Run analysis on the channel and present them to the team.

Your Skills:

• Degree educated;
• Previous 2/3 years experience of a similar role from a luxury on contemporary background;
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task various and competing demands;
• An excellent communicator and a Team Player;
• Computer literate;
• Good analytical skills on Excel;
• Fluent in English and Italian.
