Primary responsibilities:
-Perform daily Bonus operational activities, based on assignment by Team Leader and/or Process Manager
-Ensure daily processes are completed in an accurate and timely manner
-Perform Month-end-Closing and Year-end-Closing Bonus activities
-Monthly balance sheet account reconciliation process, including follow up to correct balances: it is your responsibility to make sure that the balances or your balance sheet accounts are accurate and explained
-Quarterly balances review: explain the balances on your accounts to Chief Accountants, Global Reporting and affiliate teams.
-Support External Audit process
-Identifying and reporting potential process improvements (Innovation Funnel)
-Supporting process improvement implementations (Ideas / RoadMap / Local projects)
-Near incident monitoring and reporting
-Process and Work instruction (DTP) updates and standardization
-Supporting other team members in day-to-day processes
-Responding to queries from different Stakeholders
-Responding to queries from Amway Business Owners (ABO) through Zendesk
-Develop strong relationships with Key Stakeholders
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Related Experience:
-Good language skills in English
-Understanding of accounting principles
-Learning attitude
-Taking ownership of issues
-Change Driver Behavior and Attitude
-Strong work ethic based on Founder’s Growth Mindset principles and habits
-High level of integrity, accuracy and precision
