This role requires a deep understanding of OT and IT integration, cybersecurity, and industry standards for the following tasks:

• Design and implement OT architectures that align with strategic goals and industry best practices
• Integrate OT and IT systems to ensure seamless communication and data exchange
• Develop and enforce OT security policies and procedures to protect critical infrastructure and data
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to drive digital transformation initiatives
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for the OT environment
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to local OT engineers and other stakeholders
• Lead OT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints
• Provide troubleshooting and support for OT infrastructure and maintain documentation

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Several years of experience in OT architecture or in IT infrastructure, IT/OT integration, and cybersecurity
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as IEC 62443 and NIS2 Directive
• Proven experience in designing and implementing OT system architectures in a global organization
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are highly desirable
• Fluent in English

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Up to 30% travel across the EMEA region
• Work in both office and industrial environments, adhering to site safety procedures

• Position can be filled in Italy (Milan), Spain (Badalona) or Poland (Warsaw)
