We are looking for our new OT Analyst to join our Enterprise Integrations & SCADA team at Novo Nordisk. As an OT Analyst at Novo Nordisk you will have the chance to:

-Create technical and functional requirements that span development through testing, verification, and deployment
-Validate systems and processes to support instant release and ensure compliance
-Design and develop components that can be seamlessly deployed and reused
-Test and optimize automated solutions for smooth commissioning
-Work in and be a part of an agile team
 

You will have the opportunity to effectively identify and collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and ensure alignment between the product vision and stakeholder expectations. You will also engage in development activities for implementation activities on production sites.

 

Candidate profile

To succeed in this role, we imagine you have:

-A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Automation Engineering, or a related field, combined with proficiency in automation and essential experience with testing, validation, documentation, and familiarity with database concepts
-Experience in Python and knowledge of modern software development methods (git, CI/CD, testing), and familiarity with agile ways of working
-Experience with development of Operational Technology / industrial automation control or SCADA systems and PLC, preferably in a GxP or other compliance-regulated industry
-Inductive Automation Ignition, DevOps, cloud technologies experience and basic understanding of cybersecurity will be an advantage
-Effective troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of issues, propose solutions, and implement appropriate corrective actions
 

As a person you have excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment. You thrive working within an agile framework and in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

About the department

Digital, Data & IT Product Supply, Production is anchored within the Digital, Data & IT organisation and has approx. 4.000 employees based in Denmark, India, US, China, France, and Brazil. The strategic objective of the unit is to be the IT partner for the business, ensuring that we provide the IT solutions and support the Novo Nordisk production solution needs worldwide. 

In Digital Data & IT, Product Supply, Production, OT Enabler Center of Excellence we are on the brink of a transformative journey towards being a Center of Excellence (CoE). The Enterprise Integrations & SCADA Team is located in our newly renovated and established DD&IT campus in Ballerup (Greater Copenhagen area), Denmark. The focus in the team is to support strategic initiatives by delivering OT/Automation solutions and services for our production facilities.

The team consist of a Scrum Master, Product Owner, IT/OT Analysts, Developers and Subject Matter Experts. Our team is characterised by a trust-based environment, high skilled peers with a quality mindset.
