It plays a pivotal role in our “overhaul-in-a-day” strategy.Responsibilities: * Financial Oversight:

• Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) and balance sheet for Originair Europe.
• Team Leadership:

• Lead and develop a dynamic team of motivated professionals.
• Sales Growth:

• Drive growth in terms of Net Income Sales (NIS) and units sold through Originair.
• Product Development:

• Expand the range of refurbished products to enhance efficiency in our field service organization.
• Global Coordination:

• Collaborate with Originair centers worldwide (including China and the USA) to ensure smooth operations, optimized stock levels, and best practices implementation.
• Business Development:

• Create joint business development plans with Customer Centers to further enhance the OriginAir business.
• Secure buy-in from different equipment divisions and develop a joint strategy to increase Atlas Copco equipment market share.
• Develop necessary marketing materials.
• Operational Excellence:

• Implement initiatives to drive top-line growth and operational efficiency.
• Maintain a healthy inflow of buy-back machines and compressor elements to sustain refurbishment growth.
• Uphold quality assurance standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and recognition by our customer centers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading operational teams in service and/or manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated success in sustainable and profitable business development.
• Sales and marketing experience in an international context is advantageous.
• Solid business acumen with knowledge of P&L and balance sheets.
• Technical product understanding to translate customer requests into effective action plans.

Education:

• University degree in mechanical engineering, marketing, or equivalent through experience.
• Proficiency in English is required; willingness to rapidly learn Dutch is essential.
• Familiarity with project management.

• Dynamic, results-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Strong communicator who collaborates effectively across organizational levels.
• Fluent in English and Dutch. Knowledge of Dutch is a must!
• Team player skilled at building successful teams.
• Analytical, organized, and pragmatic.
