Organizational Management Specialist (m/f/d)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Definition of state-of-the-art organizational principles to ensure a flat and efficient organizational structure
• Continuously improve ZKW’s structural development and implementation
• Adjustment and creation of organizational design of new areas
• Drive cultural changes to establish new company values
• Ensure the alignment between process landscape & organizational structure and the strategic & environmental fit
• Moderation and mediation
• Manage, coordinate and keep track on organizational adjustments as well as content-related quality check of organizational changes
• Execution of organizational health-checks / assessments

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in a similar role with a deep understanding of Organizational Design/Management is an advantage
• Professional background in or interfaces with planning, execution and optimization of organizational structures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders on all levels and within an international environment
• Capability to drive and manage assigned tasks independently
• Understanding of concept development & structured thinking
• Proficient in English – excellent written / good verbal skills
• Strong soft skills like communication, moderation, mediation, conflict management

• For this position the minimum salary is EUR 3.772,63 gross/month (according to collective agreement, exkl. overtime). The actual payment depends on the respective qualification or professional experience.
