Your future team

This role is part of Lundbeck People & Culture – Organizational Development and Change Management CoE reporting to Lisa Viklund.

-Solid project management skills with the ability to lead workstreams in complex organizational change efforts.
-Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge the status quo and provide innovative solutions.
-Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional setting.

-Proven ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment while engaging with global stakeholders.
