As an Organizational Change Manager (m/f/d) HR , you will play a pivotal role in the implementation of the Payroll and Workforce Management (WFM) transformation program alongside your Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead. You will build strong relationships with the program team, decision-makers, and external partners, leveraging your change management expertise to oversee sub-workstreams critical to the program’s success.

Please note: This position is initially limited to 2 years (until 30.09.2026). Given the diversity of roles and tasks at Stryker, there is often an option to transition into a permanent position.

What you will do

  • Strategic Change Management: As an Organizational Change Manager, you will directly contribute to the overall change management strategy for the HR sector, driving the implementation of our internal “Payroll and Workforce Management (WFM)” transformation program across several countries in Europe.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: You will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to understand program requirements and target audience needs.

  • Effective Communication: Plan and execute targeted communication measures and training sessions.

  • Management: Identify risks, communicate with stakeholders, and collaborate with the OCM Lead to manage the related organizational and timeline aspects, focusing on communication, training, and country-specific needs.

Focus Areas:

  • Communication Planning and Execution:

  • Develop a communication plan based on a multi-channel approach.

  • Coordinate with the program team and your OCM Lead to inform all company target groups early and appropriately.

  • Review external communication materials and adapt them to our corporate identity in consultation with the program team.

  • Employee Training:

  • Collaborate closely with the OCM Lead and program team to assess training needs for different target groups and develop deployment specific training plans.

  • Work with internal stakeholders and training teams to review external training materials, select training methods, and ensure proper training delivery.

  • Country-Specific Adjustments:

  • Assess potential translation needs for different countries and coordinate translation work with external providers as well as and internal reviewers.

Your profile:

  • You hold a degree in business administration, organizational change management, human resources, communications and PR or a comparable field.

  • You have several years of professional experience, preferably in HR or communications, and have already supported transformation programs and successfully managed change.

  • Your expertise in the principles, methods, and tools of change management sets you apart.

  • With a high sense of responsibility and drive, you successfully push individual workstreams forward.

  • You enjoy working in a multicultural environment, building cross-departmental relationships, and influencing stakeholders to ensure program success.

  • Your excellent organizational skills, judgment, and ability to prioritize tasks define you.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Fluency in English is essential for success in our European program team. Additional European languages (e.g., French or German) are a plus.

Additional Information: Our flexible working hours model allows you to work mostly from home. However, presence at one of our Stryker locations is required to build strong relationships.
