In this role, you will promote learning and development, manage skills and resources, enhance engagement and well-being, and foster organizational culture and transformation.About the company:As a global leader in financial infrastructure, safeguarding our information and assets is paramount to our business. Join our team, dedicated to implementing robust controls to protect our critical information assets.The Tribe:Our tribe supports the CISO organization through a range of services, including Governance, Organizational Development (Learning & Development, skills management, well-being), Financial support (budget management), Communication, Reporting, Relationship management, and Security Awareness.Key Responsibilities

  • Support various initiatives tied to the CISO people strategy and workforce management processes.
  • Collaborate with Business, IT, and Corporate HR to implement a long-term vision for skills development (technical, business, soft skills) and related topics such as recruitment, up/re/self-skilling, and mobility.
  • Oversee the execution of initiatives and action plans, contributing to projects from ideation to implementation, focusing on goal setting, career evolution, and skills enhancement.
  • Lead learning and training campaigns and confidently conduct workshops and presentations for large audiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HR-related areas, including recruitment, workforce management, and learning and development.
  • Strong understanding of security skills, IT technical and soft skills, and location transformation is highly desirable.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of key HR topics such as recruitment, training, mobility, and up/re/self-skilling.
  • Exceptional organizational change management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to think creatively and offer innovative solutions.
  • Excellent professional presentation skills.
  • Quick to grasp Euroclear Tech’s organizational structure and activities.
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in professional English (both verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Adaptable and thrives in an international, VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment.
  • Pragmatic approach, aligning with Euroclear’s culture and core values.
