The Order to Cash Business Analyst is responsible to deliver high quality services in Order to Cash processes to MCBC entities in scope by acting as process expert and working in conjunction with the OTC Operations Manager, GBS Operations Team and Business Teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-SPOC Forecast process;
-SPOC for all team audit requests;
-Define new processes with direct involvement in end-to-end process;
-Provide necessary business analysis, data files and reporting to support operations and the business;
-Handle, clarify and eliminate process exceptions, perform root cause analysis and close on his own the topics with the parties involved;
-Accommodate ad-hoc initiatives and projects;
-Perform complex analysis and involvement in the escalation with root cause received from different Stakeholders;
-Ensure that Order to Cash Process Maps, SOP’s and controls are up to date;
-Perform quality checks as aligned with the Operations Manager, report outcomes and suggestions to Operations Manager;
-Responsible for keeping confidential the information, as per the internal policy, within the limits of the duties attached to their job;
-Identify improvement opportunities on processes, raising them as proposal to next level for validation; responsible for testing and implementation of agreed solutions.
SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE
-Advanced English skills;
-2+ years experience in Order to Cash
-Excel advanced;
-SAP knowledge;
-Capable of managing workload and prioritizing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic work environment;
-Solution oriented;
-Well organized;
-Ability to understand and explain complex process flows
-Stakeholder management;
-Good communication skills, including written, verbal and listening skills
-Team player, with strong business and reporting ethics
