• Management of Product andamp; Distribution Complaint
• Returns Processing
• Delivery Management
• Customer Master Management
• Customer Order Intake and Processing
• Order Errors / Exception Management
• Order Validation
• Performing Billing andamp; Invoicing
• Verbal and written communication with B2B Customers
• Support of the hotline for business clients

What do we expect?

• Business experience in Order Management/Order to Bill/Order to Cash process
• Experience in using SAP SD
• Strong interpersonal andamp; communication skills and ability to maintain professional business contact
• Ideally fluent English skills both in the spoken and written form, plus minimum C1 degree of competence in Portuguese
• Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with main focus on Administration or Supply Chain Management. Alternatively, an equivalent progressive working experience
• Ability to prioritize, analytical skills, can-do attitude
