Job Title Order Management Specialist (Fast Flow Dealers)Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Order Management Specialist to join our dynamic team supporting the Nordic markets. This is an exciting opportunity to build career in a fast-paced and meaningful industry. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless order processing and exceptional customer experience, especially for high-priority and emergency items like defibrillators and other life-saving products.Your role:

• End-to-End Order Management: Handle the full ordering process, including configuration checks, booking orders, and tracking shipments.
• Customer Support: Collaborate with innovative healthcare providers to ensure smooth delivery of health products.
• Emergency Product Orders: Prioritize and manage orders for critical medical devices, ensuring urgent needs are met efficiently.
• SAP Utilization: Leverage SAP for order processing and tracking.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with account managers, project managers, and product managers to align on customer needs and ensure operational excellence.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve order-related issues swiftly to maintain customer satisfaction.

You’re the right fit if:

• Experience: Some relevant experience in order management, supply chain, or customer service.
• Skills: Experience in SAP is desirable.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
• Personality: Open-minded, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Team Player: Collaborative and proactive approach to work
