The job itself is interesting and provides lots of challenges. The unquestionable advantage of our work is, above all, the possibility of establishing contacts with people from all over the world, such as Qatar, South Africa and China. They are not only Customers, but also Sales Representatives and our Affiliates.

broadening of your own career. This position will keep you developing and definitely you will not experience routine there.What will you be doing?

  • Coordinate all aspects of the order management process, including transport and customs, delivery and shipment creation.
  • Represent Clariant to Customers in a professional manner at all times.
  • Assist Customers in solving problems and incidents.
  • Support improvement and automation projects.
  • Communicate daily with warehouse, production, Forwarders, Customers and Sales.
  • Process all Sales Order and Purchase Order types with different payment terms.
  • Correct and complete sales documents.
  • Participate in other business projects and improvements.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 1 year of experience in Order Management/Export/Import/Logistics in multicultural environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP (SD module would be an advantage) or another ERP system.
  • Excel, Word and Outlook professional working competency, CRM tools would be an advantage.
  • Pro-active Customer approach and highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Forward and solution oriented thinking.
  • Dynamic environment lover.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive and problem-solving skills.
  • Time and task management.
  • Team player with a personal commitment to deliver high quality output.
  • Language skills:
  • English – min B2 level required
  • German – nice to have
