Are you motivated by having a wide range of contacts, including both internal colleagues and external customers?We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented colleague to support Order Management (OM) in Finland (and the other Nordic countries when needed).YOUR PRIMARY TASKSMaintain a high level of support within the teamOrder management, placing and change orders according to corporate guidelinesCreate availability requests for customer escalationsHandle credit notes, returns and customer claims.High customer satisfaction during and after contact with Order ManagementImprove customer service processes together with the Operation Manager & Supply ChainHandling and solving incoming requests and calls from wholesales, installers, technicians, architects, consumers.Handle orders, FOC, FVF, price changes, logistical assignmentsHandle month-end rally, i.e. credit notes and order pullsFollow up on old orders (backlog) and secure deliveriesBecome the internal knowledge bank within the area of Customer Service supportSupport colleagues with information and answers to questions within your area of expertise.Be an active and proactive part of the Service organization

Support the Call Center with information, case handling and knowledge sharing.Case answered with-in a given time in the Customer Service Desktop (CSD) application, including case cleansingEnsure routines and processes are documented, followed and shared to improve processes within customer service to free up time to support customersTHE IDEAL CANDIDATEHave relevant experience in a similar role or industryHave technical understandingWrite and speak fluent Finnish and English.
