Job Title Order Fulfillment Specialist with Dutch or FrenchJob DescriptionAs Order Management Specialist you will join Philips’ Supply Chain. Join our Order Fulfillment team that is responsible for managing orders for Health System products. In our Philips HS portfolio you can find our well-known products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound, defibrillators and diagnostic imaging equipment. Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world.Your role:

• Managing end-to-end sales orders (standard and non-standard) with use of SAP and other supporting tools.
• Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning and other departments within Philips).
• Providing excellent customer service for our customers.
• Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx).

You’re the right fit if:

• You have at least 2 years of experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management), Logistics or Transport.
• You have very good French or Dutch language and English language (B2 or higher level).
• You are excellent problem solver with good organizational skills (time management, work management).
• You can take ownership and have strong communication skills.

Additionally, it will be an advantage If:

• You have knowledge of SAP or other ERP.
• You have knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
