Can have a detailed conversation with customers on solution and identify opportunities to involve the right people in the companyAchieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targetsProactively develop relationships with key internal and external contactsEngages in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and develops short, medium and long term activities to drive appropriate customer engagementsManages customer backorder along specialist knowledge and engages in “intelligent project fishing”In AS either manages project end-to-end or hands over to pre sales for technical requirementsProvide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotionsDrives sales of specific products/ vendors if specific knowledge is requiredGenerate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX’s CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunitiesKnowledge Skills and ExperienceA knowledge of Oracle product set would be essential3+ years of experienceNumerate with good attention to detailExcellent telephone manner and Effective Communication SkillsPriority management and planning skillsStrive to achieve set targetsUnderstands Sales ProcessGood relationship buildingWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, OutlookIdeal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRMIT industry knowledge would be desirable but not essentialFluent in Italian and EnglishWhat do we offer:Hybrid work – (2 days at the office, 3 days at home)We value continuous learning and provide a clear progression plan.health insurance and more“At TD SYNNEX, we embrace diversity and promote equal opportunities.
