Then take a quick look at this position!Over de functie:As an Optomechanical employee, you will be working daily on machining high-quality industrial glass to develop products for the high-tech sector. You will make various elements from glass based on technical drawings and precision. You will apply various techniques such as cutting, sawing, grinding and polishing to produce high-quality end products.In this position as an opto-mechanical employee, you will be fully trained to become a craftsman within a period of about 1 to 2 years. You will be trained internally by the current team and they will then continue to coach you in working within this position. It is therefore important that you are open to going through this longer trajectory and that you aspire to continue to grow within the profession.Over het bedrijf:As an opto-mechanical employee, you will work within an organisation active in the high-tech industry. They work with unique materials used by few companies in the high-tech industry. Their customers are active in the medical, high-tech, agricultural and mechanical engineering sectors, among others. A total of about 150 employees work here divided between the office and production. Despite the number of employees, you are not a number here, everyone knows each other and great value is placed on working in committed teams.

Wat wij vragen:

• You have experience within, for example, a cleanroom or other production environments.
• You speak good Dutch or English.
• You are willing to follow the long-term training programme.
• Enthusiastic and motivated to start learning about glass processing.

Wat wij bieden:

• Starting on a temporary basis, on good performance, you will receive a contract with our client within a year.
• ADV compensation on top of your salary, in case of takeover this is 5 days per year.
