We are looking for a operator for a company that produces medical devices and operates in the biotechnology sector, located in the Utrecht region.The Company
For an innovative medical device scale-up, we are seeking multiple operators. You will join a forward-thinking organization focused on developing medical solutions and products for spinal surgery. The company has three locations worldwide, with all production based in the Netherlands. This location has an international orientation, hosting employees from various nationalities. The scale-up phase provides you with the opportunity to make a real impact, and your voice will matter in the company’s growth.Responsibilities

• Producing intermediate products (e.g., ceramic powders, injectable synthetic bone, and composites) to ultimately create the final product (a medical device: a “paste”).
• Working according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
• Independently performing the production process with a high level of responsibility.
• Inspecting and maintaining production facilities and equipment.
• Maintaining production documentation.

Requirements

• MBO work and thinking level or equivalent.
• Experience in a production environment.
• Familiarity with processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements.
