Voor onze Europese hoofdzetel gevestigd in Oudenaarde, België, is Samsonite op zoek naar een enthousiaste en klantgerichte IT Helpdesk Medewerker (met zaterdagshift).

Als helpdesk medewerker binnen het intern IT Helpdesk team, geef je telefonisch, digitaal en op termijn ook op locatie, support aan collega’s van alle Europese vestigingen (hoofdkantoor, verkoopkantoren, productie-eenheden, winkels en repair centers).

Belangrijkste taken

• Je zal eerstelijns ondersteuning geven voor software en hardware vragen van onze gebruikers in alle Europese vestigingen.
• Je zorgt voor een vlotte registratie en afhandeling van binnenkomende incidenten en aanvragen in een geautomatiseerd systeem.
• Je bent in staat de juiste oplossingen te vinden voor problemen, door gerichte vragen te stellen en door je technisch inzicht. Kom je er zelf niet uit, dan kan je terecht bij de collega’s van 2e en 3e lijn.
• Je staat in voor het afleveren van steeds vernieuwende hard- en software, opmaken van instructies en ondersteunen van nieuwe IT projecten.
• Je volgt de verdere afhandeling van de geregistreerde meldingen op. Indien nodig contacteer je collega’s en aanvragers.
• Je begeleidt je collega’s bij het gebruik van de ICT-infrastructuur.
• Je rapporteert grote en algemene problemen naar het management.

Profiel

• Teamplayer die zich vlot kan integreren in een hechte groep
• Zeer klantengericht ingesteld. Communicatief, vlot & vriendelijk.
• Bereid om vast op zaterdag te werken (in een 5-dagen werkweek regime, met vaste vervangrustdagregeling en dit na de 6 tot 12 maanden basisopleiding)
• Matuur, creatief, flexibel & detailgericht
• Bij voorkeur ervaring in een IT Helpdesk omgeving
• Goede kennis Engels en Frans. Kennis van de Duitse taal is een pluspunt.
• Zelfstandig kunnen werken en deadline driven.
• Grondige kennis van :
  • Microsoft Windows
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneDrive)
• Basiskennis van :
  • Networking : TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP
  • Windows Server (Active Directory / File Servers / DFS)
  • Microsoft Sharepoint
• Bereid om korte verplaatsingen naar het buitenland te maken
• Bereid om mee te draaien in een beurtelings wacht-/ploeg-systeem
• Een korte woon-werk afstand (<30km) is een meerwaarde
