As an Operator at a mail sorting center in Zwolle, you will operate modern machines, resolve malfunctions, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Together, we make sure the mail is delivered on time!Over de functie:As an Operator at the mail sorting center, you play a vital role. You operate the sorting machines, respond quickly to minor malfunctions, and ensure everything runs efficiently. You handle malfunctions independently and call in the technical service when necessary. No experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know.You’ll work in a friendly team of 25 colleagues in an informal atmosphere. Shifts rotate between evenings, nights, and weekends (weekends are not mandatory). Evening and night shifts come with attractive bonuses of up to 40%, and working on Sundays earns you 100% extra pay, offering varied work weeks.Over het bedrijf:This international postal company has been delivering parcels, cards, and letters to over a million people for more than 200 years. With 33,500 employees nationwide, they provide smart, simple, and sustainable logistical solutions. At this location, 450 to 500 employees work daily, with 70 of them working in the evening. Evening shifts focus on sorting parcels for depots, ensuring they reach destinations like Groningen, Maastricht, or even Scheveningen by morning. Despite the hard work, the atmosphere remains informal and enjoyable.

Wat wij vragen:

• You have proficiency in Dutch and/or English;
• You are available full-time (37 hours per week);
• An interest in technology;
• You enjoy working in a three-shift system.

Wat wij bieden:

• A gross hourly wage of € 16,90, increasing with bonuses to € 33,80;
• Bonuses ranging from 20% to 100% depending on your shifts;
• 25 vacation days and 8,33% holiday pay;
• Travel allowance of € 0,23 per kilometer (starting from 6 km one-way);
