NOV Flexibles DK is recruiting Machine Operators, experienced in Production Lines, to work in our Flexible Pipe Factory in Kalundborg, Denmark.This position will be permanent based in Denmark (Kalundborg)POSITION TITLE: Operator (Kalundborg)Duties & Responsibilities:You will be part of Operations department in DK, working in one of the 5 shifts operating the plant and take part in a range of tasks, related to the production lines processes of Flexible Pipe fabrication.Skills & Experience:Technical degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics or similar disciplines related to industrial field.Solid experience working in Flexible Pipe Fabrication processes, in one or more production lines.Advanced English is desirable.Availability to permanent relocation to Denmark.Details of the offer:Flexible Pipes Manufacturing OperatorsPermanent jobPlace: NOV Plant in Kalundborg, DenmarkTarget Production Line: All of them (Carcass, Extrusion, Pressure and Tensile Armouring, Pressure and Tensile-transspooling, and Insulation).Required Expertise: Experience in production lines process on flexible pipes or umbilical, including:Machine SetupTooling cleaning & assemblyProcess parameters controlOperation of production machines, tape machines, caterpillars, feed system, etc.Product quality inspection, such as OD & thickness measurements, visual inspection and fill up formsWorking experience under API/ISO Quality environmentCapacity to communicate in EnglishType of Job candidates: InternalInternal NOV candidates can be current operator or be working in other areas but has previous experience in Manufacturing..Other characteristics of candidatesNOV will support the chosen candidates for relocation – more details will be disclosed during the selection process.Apply today!Vi laver fleksible rør på vores fabrik i Kalundborg, og vi har brug for dygtige operatører, der har lyst til at arbejde med maskiner og produkter, der ikke findes noget andet sted i Danmark.
