Your area of responsibility includes the preparation, implementation and evaluation of practical and theoretical training in the vocational field of merchandise management, transport and logistics. You impart skills and knowledge in the above-mentioned areas “on the job” and “near the job” in a target group-oriented manner. You support and motivate participants professionally and individually. You enjoy developing and implementing training concepts as well as new projects and services, close cooperation and evaluation with the Quality Department and the Operational Sector for evaluations and curricula are mandatory.
A day in the Life:
Development of a training concept for the locations, Weil am Rhein and Rheinfelden.
Creation and implementation of the curricula and contents, creation of the training materials, if required also in English, keeping of the documentation according to GxP.
Adapting the training measures to the different levels of knowledge and experience of the respective target group.
Support in evaluating the learning successes of the internal experts.
Deriving methodological and didactic measures to improve the quality of continuing education. Close cooperation with the quality department to identify further training needs.
Carrying out regular knowledge tests.
Responsible for informing the supervisor of the training status and its timely implementation.
Implementation of the currently applicable work processes and the IT tools used.
Keys to Success:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a reputable university
- Professional experience in the areas of GMP/GXP, SOP handling, organization and implementation of training and further education
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Experience in the use of Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Knowledge of SAP (warehouse module) is an advantage.
Reliability, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
You enjoy working in a team and are able to set and maintain priorities independently
Knowledge in Lean, Six Sigma (Black belt), Value Stream Analysis, VA/VE, Kaizen and 5S
Fluent German and English skills
