Position Summary

ERP Specialist:

-Offering specialistic support to local operations teams with regards to Microsoft Dynamics ERP and reporting.
-Support operations users with questions and problems related to usage, errors on the systems or other issues blocking for operations,
-Report generations based on operation’s needs,
-Mass Data uploads.
-Workflows definition and implementation and maintenance.
-System enhancements
-Facilitate local IT-support
-Directly reporting into Operations with dotted line into the central IT-department.
 

Key Responsibilities 

-Support local operations teams with:
-Resolving daily questions and systems errors and problems
-Workflows definition / optimalisation / implementation in Dynamics
-Required listings, queries, analysis and reports generation
-Training programs
-Mass data uploads
-Small system enhancements implementations
-Together with Business Systems Analyst support local team in specifying small/medium Dynamics enhancements
-Protect data integrity
-Organize / facilitate / support proper validation testing where systems enhancements concerned
-Act as back-up for Business Systems Analyst for the other Bladel applications
-Perform other position appropriate duties as required in a competent, professional and courteous manner
-Contributes in raising the overall process/system knowledge level of the teams to specialist level
-Continuous strives to autonomously optimize processes/activities
-Minimize usage of business driving Excel files; maximize integration into ERP
-Facilitate local IT-support (e.g. staging PCs, printers, Level1 troubleshooting) and interfacing with HCL (external IT support)
-Act as interface between Operations and IT
 

Profile – Knowledge

-Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ability to perform limited customizations and support activities
-Strong knowledge and experience with Jet Reports and Power BI.
-Able to ring-fence/implement software applications – together with IT – to address business needs
-Excellent working knowledge and ability to use office automation software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
-English language required
-Able to manage small / medium size projects
-Basic knowledge of Operational Excellence
