We also operate marketplace-websites in 12 countries which serve 62 million patients monthly to easily find the right doctor and book an appointment. One of those is the Project Manager for Clinic Agenda.Descripción del empleoJoin us as our Project Manager within our Clinic Agenda team, whose main goal is to make the clinic business line the biggest for Docplanner. Reporting directly to the Global Project Manager, you will be part of a team of 4 project managers working in different countries. You will play a pivotal role in our organization between local and global teams. Your primary responsibility will be managing a diverse portfolio of continuous improvement projects in Spain, aiming to elevate operational excellence and scale the Clinic Agenda project with quality.You will create value by:Leading Clinic Agenda project in Spain and ensure that project team is adhering to all standards and defined global processesUnderstanding the business in granular detail by listening to various business stakeholders and clinics, and then use this information to lead initiatives in the countryEngaging with stakeholders to ensure that project goals align with overall business objectives. Act as the main point of contact for all project-related communications, updates, and queries. Ensure playbooks are updated and information is available for everyoneTeaming with the Project Managers in other countries, sharing and implementing best practices.RequisitosWhat will help you thrive:4+ years of experience in leading operations projects, being involved in the customer success and sales environment is a must.Are excellent in analyzing and synthesizing data to provide actionable recommendations, and hands-on in implementing themHave experience in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, and have organizational skills to bring structure.Have excellent communication skills (both written and oral) including strong reporting and presentation skills.You are tech-savvy and fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
