Are you eager to be part of the expansion of Novo Nordisk’s largest global Research and Development (R&D) site? Do you have extensive experience as an Operations Project Manager specializing in supporting the organisation and optimal utilization of laboratories, high-end scientific equipment, and fostering a collaborative user environment? Then this is your chance to be a key contributor to the newly established Site Operations team. Your task will be to support, lead, and implement projects that contribute to the optimal utilization of the innovation power in our biggest R&D Site situated in Måløv, Denmark.The positionIn your role as a laboratory focused Operations Project Manager, your work will directly impact and shape the working environment of our R&D colleagues. You will collaborate with our scientists and research professionals, H&S partners, Service Center Måløv colleagues, Space Planners, IT and SharePoint experts, and other relevant business partners in Novo Nordisk. Within the position, you will support and drive diverse projects aiming at simplifying, streamlining, and improving the overall operational processes supporting our research scientists with a real impact on the ground.Your responsibility

About the departmentResearch & Early Development (R&ED) Integration, Investments and Operations DK is a Vice President area within R&ED that enables the R&ED organization via Project Management & Operational Excellence. It consists of approx. 20 colleagues and is growing. Beyond Operations, R&ED Integration, Investments and Operations DK also drives major R&D investment projects, integrations as well as R&D Health & Safety Operations.Working at Novo Nordisk
