This role will drive operational excellence by streamlining processes, reducing fraud, and optimizing cash flow, directly enhancing the delivery experience across our diverse platform.What You Will Do
- Build and launch processes: Develop and scale initiatives that enhance platform reliability and curb fraud.
- Leverage data for decision-making: Analyze performance metrics, create dashboards, and identify areas for improvement.
- Project management: Conduct root-cause analyses and execute targeted improvement plans.
- Drive automation: Collaborate with automation specialists to improve operational reliability across the marketplace.
- Manage stakeholders: Partner with EMEA Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to roll out product features effectively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with regional teams to ensure solutions align with both local needs and global objectives.
What You Will NeedBasic Qualifications
- 3+ years in business operations, management consulting, or investment banking, with a strong analytical focus.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Python is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to translate data-driven insights into strategic actions.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and structured solution design.
- Proven stakeholder management experience in global, cross-functional settings.
- Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of establishing and optimizing processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high-growth, tech-oriented environment.
- Understanding of marketplace platform dynamics and operational strategy.
