We are currently on the hunt for an ambitious and passionate Operations Manager to oversee all the operations in the Warsaw area. The right candidate will be involved in all aspects of the business and report to the General Manager in Europe/Poland during the campaigns.What’s OppiziOppizi is the first major multi-channel player in offline performance marketing. We’ve built technology that enables tracking, scaling, and optimization of flyering campaigns. We offer five channels: Hand-to-hand (in people’s hands), Door-to-Door (in people’s mailboxes), Direct Mail (in people’s mailboxes via the national post service), Door Hangers (by leaving them on the doorknobs of residential properties or on their cars), and Sampling (by providing the target audience with relevant products). We operate in 10 countries, with the main ones being Australia, New Zealand, Europe, the UK, the US, and Canada. We are very privileged to work with flagship accounts like Uber, DoorDash, Getaround, DiDi, Deliveroo, and many others.Job descriptionThe ideal candidate is dynamic and will be involved in various aspects of the business while being responsible for creating and executing our offline marketing campaigns.Seniority Level: MiddleWork experience: 2-3 years in Operations/ManagementEmployment type: Full-time Employment through the Deel payroll platform with direct full-time employment once the Polish local entity is createdWork type: Hybrid (at least 3 days a week to be present in coworking)/On-siteSchedule – Monday to Friday, fixed hours (9:00 – 18:00)Start date: mid-end JuneOffice location: co-working space in central WarsawTeam structure: 1st employee and the whole PL team will have to be recruitedReporting to: General Manager in EuropeSalary range (yearly) – € 35 – 40k + yearly bonus (15% of basic salary) + quick increase (after 6 months)Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support our operational cities in Warsaw and region, within a time-sensitive and demanding environment. Ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to the Brand Ambassadors (BA);
• Liaise and coordinate campaigns;
• Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service;
• Organize logistics between the cities. Work closely with legal and safety departments to make sure activities remain compliant;
• Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget. Prepare and control inventory;
• Recruitment resources, conduct interviews, and oversee Brand Ambassadors (BA) levels in each of the cities;
• Support and assist technology development;
• Report directly to the General Manager of Europe to determine values and missions.

This role is a very hands-on position in a fast-paced environment.RequirementsMust-have Requirements

• Good writing and oral skills in English, fluent in Polish
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Spreadsheets
• At least 2 years of work experience in Operations or Management
• University degree in Business or a similar field
• An active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows
• Rights to work in Warsaw

• Entrepreneurial spirit/experience with a strong growth mindset
• Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing a team of contractors or employees on multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in event & project management is highly regarded
• Working knowledge of SQL is a big plus
• Driving license and car is a plus
